§ 977. Fees
(a) The Board shall charge and collect the following fees for dispensaries:
(1) application fees;
(2) annual license fees; and
(3) annual renewal fees.
(b) Fees shall be deposited in the Cannabis Regulation Fund as provided in section 845 of this title. (Added 2019, No. 164 (Adj. Sess.), § 12, eff. March 1, 2022.)
