§ 3575. Maintenance, road bed; underpass
The maintenance of the road bed of the highway through an underpass shall be borne by the State or municipality, or both, unless, upon petition, the Board shall order otherwise. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961.)
