§ 604. Electric vehicle supply equipment fees

§ 604. Electric vehicle supply equipment fees

Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, any agency or department that owns or controls electric vehicle supply equipment, as defined in 30 V.S.A. § 201, may establish, set, and adjust fees for the use of that electric vehicle supply equipment. The agency or department may establish fees for electric vehicle charging at less than its costs, to cover its costs, or equal to the retail rate charged for the use of electric vehicle supply equipment available to the public. Fees collected under this section shall be deposited in the same fund or account within a fund from which the electric operating expense for the electric vehicle supply equipment originated. (Added 2019, No. 59, § 37; repealed on July 1, 2022 by 2019, No. 59, § 38.)
