§ 8076. Inconsistent provisions in other laws superseded
Insofar as the provisions of sections 8064 through 8074 of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general, special, or local, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling. (Added 2007, No. 79, § 1, eff. June 9, 2007.)
