§ 392. Court proceedings

If any employer covered by a wage order has failed to comply with the wage order within 14 days after receiving notification of the violation, the Commissioner shall take court action to enforce the order. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974; 2001, No. 47, § 5; 2017, No. 11, § 51.)
