§ 6. Other boards, commissions, councils, and committees
(a) All other boards, commissions, councils, and committees which under this chapter are a part of the agency shall be advisory only.
(b) The transportation board is successor to the Public Service Board, the highway board, and the aeronautics board in the regulatory and quasi-judicial functions related to transportation. It may enforce all orders of those boards which remain in effect. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1989, No. 246 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
