§ 1100. Rules

The Board shall make and enforce such rules for the quarantining and treatment of cases of venereal disease reported to it as may be deemed necessary for the protection of the public. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2017, No. 113 (Adj. Sess.), § 60.)
