§ 556. Jurisdiction of State over national forests

In all other respects, the jurisdiction over persons and property within the territory of national forests in the State shall not be affected nor changed by reason of the acquisition of title to such lands by the United States. (Amended 2021, No. 52, § 3, eff. June 3, 2021.)
