§ 2729. Calibration of testing equipment; certificate

A dealer or service person shall submit his or her testing equipment at least once every year to the office of the Secretary for comparison and calibration with the standard maintained by the Secretary. After comparison and calibration, the Secretary shall issue to the dealer or service person a certificate of his or her findings. (Added 1967, No. 102, § 57, eff.
