§ 616 Payment

§ 616. Payment
Payment under section 615 of this title shall be made to the Commission not later than seven days after each race and shall be accompanied by a report under oath showing the total of all the contributions to pari-mutuel pools covered by the report and such other information as the Commission may require. (Added 1959, No. 259, § 12.)
