§ 610c. Legislative intent; existing driver licenses without photograph or imaged likeness

It is the intent of the General Assembly that the provisions of subsection 610(c) of this title not require persons who, prior to July 1, 2004, were issued a driver license without a photograph or imaged likeness to obtain a photograph or imaged likeness after that date. (Added 2003, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 8.)
