§ 4113 Notification of traffic convictions

§ 4113. Notification of traffic convictions

When a person who holds a commercial driver license or commercial learner's permit issued by another state is convicted in this State of any violation of State law or local ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control, other than parking violations, in any type of vehicle, the Commissioner shall notify the driver licensing authority in the licensing state of the conviction within 10 days.
