§ 2757. Continuing license; annual license fee

Each license shall remain in full force and effect until revoked, surrendered, or suspended as herein provided. On or before December 1 of each year, every licensee shall pay to the Commissioner the annual license fee for the next succeeding calendar year, and shall at the same time file with the Commissioner a bond in the same amount and of the same character as required by section 2755 of this title.
