§ 563 Hemp; an agricultural product

§ 563. Hemp; an agricultural product

Industrial hemp is an agricultural product that may be grown as a crop produced, possessed, marketed, and commercially traded in Vermont pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The cultivation of industrial hemp shall be subject to and comply with the required agricultural practices adopted under section 4810 of this title. (Added 2007, No. 212 (Adj.
