§ 1020. Penalties
A person who violates a provision of this chapter or any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated or made pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both. (Added 1985, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
