§ 621 Breeding of horses

§ 621. Breeding of horses

The Commission shall encourage and promote the improvement of the breeding of horses in Vermont. It may accept donations of thoroughbred, standard-bred, or other well-bred stallions by licensees or others to the State for this purpose. It may cooperate with the University of Vermont in furthering this program. (Added 1959, No. 259, § 17; amended 1973, No. 233 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. April 3, 1974; 1995, No. 12, § 9, eff. April 5, 1995.)
