§ 805. Counsel for an inmate confined during the pendency of prosecution

When a person is confined to a correctional facility during the pendency of a prosecution against him, such inmate shall be allowed conference with his or her counsel of record, which conferences may be held in the presence but not in the hearing of an officer or employee of the correctional facility. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
