§ 1-415. Duties and responsibilities
The City Grand Juror shall have the same powers, perform the same duties, and incur the same liabilities as grand jurors of towns, and he or she shall prosecute violations of ordinances, regulations, and bylaws of the City. His or her compensation shall be established by the City Council.
