§ 711. Penalties
Any person who operates a driver training school or acts as an instructor without a license shall be fined not more than $500.00. (Added 1959, No. 153, § 11, eff. Jan. 1, 1960; amended 2003, No. 109 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
