§ 3705 Collection of apportioned registration

§ 3705. Collection of apportioned registration

The Commissioner may postpone the collection of apportioned registration fees until the fees have been computed. Upon calculation, the Commissioner shall send notice of fees due to the registrant. Payment of these fees must be received within 15 days of the date of the notice. Upon receipt of the proper fees, the Commissioner shall issue the necessary identification plates and cab cards.
