§ 1311a. Professional training for employees

The Commissioner of Employment and Training using funds made available to the State of Vermont by grant from the United States may, subject to the approval of the Governor and in compliance with the rules and regulations governing the use of such funds, provide professional training for any of his or her employees by contracting with educational institutions for short courses or other forms of intensive instruction.
