§ 902. Penalty for removal

A person who wilfully or maliciously cuts, trims, removes, or otherwise damages grasses, shrubs, vines, or trees within highway limits in violation of section 901 of this title shall be fined not more than $100.00 nor less than $10.00, for each offense. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
