§ 1. Wild animals generally

Wild animals, other than protected birds or game or fur-bearing animals, may be taken at any time, by any lawful means, by any person, holding a valid license for such taking or by any person permitted by law to take game without a license. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 2, eff. May 9, 1961.)
