§ 2918 Records required of licensee

§ 2918. Records required of licensee

The licensee shall keep, use in the licensee's business, and make available to the Commissioner upon request such books, accounts, records, and data compilations as will enable the Commissioner to determine whether such licensee is complying with the provisions of this chapter and with the rules and regulations lawfully made by the Commissioner hereunder. Every licensee shall preserve such books, accounts, records, and data compilations in a secure manner for at least seven years after making the final entry on any loan recorded therein. Thereafter, the licensee shall dispose of such books, accounts, records, and data compilations in accordance with 9 V.S.A. § 2445. (Added 2009, No. 96 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.)
