§ 1535. Correctional officials; duty
The warden or other official in charge of a penal or correctional institution in this state shall give over the person of any inmate thereof whenever so required by the operation of the agreement on detainers. (Added 1967, No. 47, § 6, eff. March 23, 1967.)
