§ 1059. To account for selling price, if sold by order of court

When an executor or administrator sells personal estate under an order of the probate division of the superior court, he or she shall account for the same at the price for which it is sold. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
