§ 1056. Liability on bond for neglect

When an executor or administrator, being duly cited by the probate division of the superior court, neglects to render his or her account, he or she shall be liable on his or her bond for the damages which accrue. (Amended 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
