§ 105. Penalty
Unless he or she gives a satisfactory excuse to the probate division of the superior court a person who neglects a duty required in sections 103 and 104 of this title shall forfeit $10.00 for each month he or she so neglects after the 30 days mentioned therein, to be recovered with costs in an action on this statute by any person having an interest in the will.
