§ 101. Will not effective until allowed

A will shall not pass either real or personal estate unless it is proved and allowed in the probate division of the superior court, or by appeal in the superior or supreme court. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 12; 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 120, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
