§ 2203. Lease; when authorized

Upon motion of a fiduciary describing the real or personal property of the estate which the fiduciary considers necessary or expedient to lease, therein stating the length of the term and the reason for executing a lease, after notice and hearing, if it appears to be necessary or expedient, the probate division of the superior court may authorize the petitioner to execute a written lease of a part or all of the property, and the order of the court shall fix the terms under which it may be leased.
