§ 232. Terms of permits and licenses
All permits and licenses shall expire midnight, April 30, of each year and, upon the payment of a new fee, may be renewed by the control commissioners with the approval of the liquor control board as provided in section 222 of this title, provided the licensee is entitled thereto.
