§ 654. Tampering with samples
A person who tampers with samples of alcohol, malt or vinous beverages or spirituous liquor taken for analysis under this chapter shall be imprisoned not more than 12 months nor less than six months or fined not more than $500.00 nor less than $100.00, or both. (Amended 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 23.)
