§ 364. Suspension or revocation
The Liquor Control Board shall have power to suspend or revoke any such solicitor's license for failure to comply with any regulation of the Board or for other cause. The certificate shall not be revoked unless the holder thereof shall have had an opportunity to be heard after reasonable notice. (Amended 2013, No. 72, § 27.)
