§ 363. Fee

The fee for a solicitor's license shall be as provided in section 231 of this title and shall be collected by the Department of Liquor Control. A certified check payable to the State of Vermont shall accompany the application and shall be returned to the applicant in case the Board fails to grant the license. (Amended 1975, No. 195 (Adj.
