§ 361. Granting of license; solicitation of orders
The Liquor Control Board may grant to a natural person a solicitor's license, which shall authorize such person to solicit orders for and promote the sale of malt or vinous beverages by canvassing or interviewing holders of licenses issued under the provisions of this title.
