§ 2784 Terms of performance contracts
[Section 2784 effective until July 1, 2017; see also section 2784 effective July 1, 2017 set out below.]§ 2784. Terms of performance contracts
(a)(1) Funds available under a performance contract may only be used by an applicant to perform the duties or provide the services set forth in the performance contract.
(2) The amount and terms of the performance contract award shall be determined by the parties to the contract.
(b) A performance contract shall be made for a period agreed to by the parties.
(c) Payments to a service provider shall be made pursuant to the terms of the performance contract. (Added 1977, No. 112, § 1; amended 1979, No. 165 (Adj. Sess.), § 4; 1983, No. 195 (Adj.
