§ 1752. Tampering with facilities
A person who wilfully or knowingly tampers with, interferes with or impairs any public fire alarm apparatus, wire or associated equipment shall be imprisoned for not more than one year or fined not more than $1,000.00 or both. (1971, No. 169 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
