§ 2228. Use of other names or business places

No licensee shall transact such business or make any loan provided for by this chapter under any other name or at any other place of business than that named in the license. This section shall not apply to commercial loans made to a borrower located outside Vermont for use outside Vermont. (Amended 1989, No. 244 (Adj. Sess.), § 6; 2009, No. 29, § 1.)
