§ 651 Soliciting orders

§ 651. Soliciting orders
A person who for himself or herself or as agent, takes or solicits orders for the sale of malt or vinous beverages, except for licensees or from agencies of the United States Army as specified in section 421 of this title, or of spirituous liquors shall be imprisoned not more than six months nor less than three months or fined not more than $500.00 nor less than $100.00, or both.
