§ 7506. Disclosure of information

In the absence of either written consent by a complainant or resident of a long-term care facility, or his or her guardian or legal representative, or court order, neither the State Ombudsman nor any ombudsman shall disclose the identity of such person. (Added 1989, No. 251 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
