§ 63 Salary

§ 63. Salary

(a) The base salary for the sergeant at arms shall be $42,675.00 as of July 8, 2007.

(b) The joint rules committee may establish the starting salary for the sergeant at arms, ranging from the base salary to a salary which is 30 percent above the base salary. The maximum salary for the sergeant at arms shall be 50 percent above the base salary. (Added 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 48, eff. March 1, 1961; amended 1961, No. 231, § 2, eff.
