[[Section 4809 effective July 1, 2017.]]§ 4809. Incarceration for inebriation prohibited

A person who has not been charged with a crime shall not be incarcerated in a facility operated by the Department of Corrections on account of the person's inebriation. (Added 2013, No. 131 (Adj. Sess.), § 118b.)
