§ 4355 Regulations; reports
§ 4355. Regulations; reports
(a) The board may prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to ensure the operation in a sanitary and healthful manner of places in which food is prepared and served to the public or in which lodgings are provided. All reports which such board may require shall be on forms prescribed by it.
(b) The board shall not adopt any rule requiring food establishments that operate less than six months of the year and provide outdoor seating for no more than 16 people to provide toilet facilities to patrons, and any such rule or portion thereof now in effect is repealed.
