§ 115a. Chronic diseases of children; treatment
The Department of Health may, in the discretion of the Commissioner, accept for treatment children who have chronic diseases such as cystic fibrosis. (Added 1961, No. 158, § 1; amended 2013, No. 96 (Adj. Sess.), § 87.)
