§ 3134. Issuance of certificate of authority
If the secretary of state determines that an application for a certificate of authority complies as to form with the filing requirements of this chapter, and if all filing fees have been paid, the secretary of state shall file the application and issue a certificate of authority to the foreign limited liability company or its representative. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
