§ 127. Test waters-Batten Kill River
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 V.S.A., chapter 103, § 4142, The Batten Kill (River) from the base of the Dufresne Pond Dam in Manchester downstream to the New York State line is hereby designated as Test Waters from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006.
During the above specified period, fishing shall be in accordance with the following regulations:
A. Minimum lengths, daily limits, and possession limits are as follows:
All trout caught must be immediately released.
B. A person fishing in test waters shall, when requested, furnish to an agent of the Commissioner any information regarding each day's catch. (Fish and Wildlife Commissioner's Reg. No. 1028, eff. Feb. 23, 2000.)
