2808. Record of orders and proceedings
Orders and proceedings of the mayor and aldermen, selectmen and trustees, under the provisions of sections 2805-2807 of this title, with the survey of the lands taken, shall be recorded in the office of the clerk of the city, town or village in which the land lies.
