§ 310 Council quorum


24A V.S.A. § 310 What's This?

5-310. Council quorum

A quorum of the City Council shall be necessary to conduct business; however, the transaction of business shall be in accordance with 1 V.S.A. 172. A number less than a quorum may adjourn from time to time, may compel the attendance of absent members, and enforce such penalties for non-attendance as the City Council may by ordinance prescribe.
