24A V.S.A. § 309 What's This?

5-309. Council agenda

It shall be the duty of the City Manager to prepare a written agenda for each meeting of the Council. The City Manager shall add to the agenda any items requested by a Council member or by written request of any other person. The agenda shall be posted in at least one public place in the City at least 24 hours prior to the time of the meeting.
