5-306. Duties of the President and Vice President

All powers and duties vested in the Mayor by this charter or the general law shall, in event of a vacancy in the office or in case of disqualification, incapacity, or absence from the City of the Mayor be vested in the President of the Board of Council members, or in the Vice President in case of disqualification, incapacity, or absence from the City of the Mayor and the President of the Board of Council members.
